Equipment: Two four-burner Gaggenau cook-tops, double Jenn-Air convection ovens, double-wide counter-depth refrigerator, ice-maker, 36-bottle dual-zone wine cooler, reverse-osmosis filtered water, restaurant-level overhead hood, and two dishwashers. Plus a full range of spices, local California Extra Virgin Olive Oil, vinegars, condiments, and non-perishable pantry basics. Accommodates 12 to 16 seated guests, or up to 24 people with additional equipment rental. Per-event fee starting at $650, depending on the proposed use and number of guests.
